T. Frick began her design pursuit at the University of Minnesota, initially with a focus in Architecture. However, it was her love of the outdoor environment that took her back to the University of Wisconsin - Madison to complete a degree in Landscape Architecture. After receiving a Bachelor’s of Science in Landscape Architecture, T. Frick journeyed to Eugene, Oregon with her partner and now husband, Jon, to begin their professional careers. It was there that they discovered the bounties of the northwest and the serenity of our natural environment. Seeking more diversity between the natural and built environments they moved to Seattle in 2000 and haven’t looked back.

In the Northwest, we are blessed with a unique geographic setting and abundant connections with nature. Living here each day, we too often forget about our beautiful setting. Our design focus strives to capture the serenity of our natural environment to place it in context with the urban place we inhabit. We craft essential connections between the design of the interior and exterior to capture the true meaning of place.
